✈️ Flight Bookings

✅ Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled departure.

All cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and penalties.

Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded but may be eligible for future travel credit, depending on airline policy.

A Fly whisper service does not charge any fee  to process cancellations.

💵 Refund Processing:

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment.

Processing time may vary between 7–30 business days, depending on the airline and payment provider.

🏨 Hotel Bookings

Hotel cancellations are subject to each hotel’s cancellation policy.

Some hotel bookings are non-refundable or have penalty fees for late cancellations.

You must cancel within the hotel’s allowed window to avoid charges.

🚆 Train Reservations (e.g., Amtrak)

✅ Cancellation by Customer:

Train ticket cancellations depend on the fare type selected:

Flexible fares: Fully refundable with no penalty before departure.

Value fares: Refundable with a small cancellation fee.

Saver fares (Amtrak) Usually cancelled with cancellation fee

Cancellations must be made before the scheduled departure time.

Some train providers offer eVouchers for future use instead of direct refunds.

Modifications

Most bookings can be modified (e.g., date changes), but this depends on provider rules.

Change fees may apply and are subject to availability.

Fly Whisper does not charge a modification fee.
